ANDREAS C. FIAMEGOS, LL.M (Lond), is a leading expert in Insurance and Corporate Law. Born in 1966, in Athens Greece. He is a member of the Athens Bar since 1991 admitted before the Athens and Piraeus Appeal Courts and an Air Force Officer in Reserves. Education: University of Athens, School of Law, Athens, Greece (LL.B 1989), University of London (Queen Mary and Westfield College), Insurance and Comparative European Law (LL.M 1992). In 2008 he attended and graduated from the Ashridge (UK) Executive Education Program. Seminars and Conferences: Accounting for Lawyers (ICCA-NB Congress 2002) and as Participant in series of conferences on Insurance Business and Law, Telecommunications, Arbitration and Mediation. Experience: G. Papanikolaou Law Offices (1992) where he dealt with cases involving commercial law. Since 1993 he is Inhouse Legal Counsel for the insurance company INTERAMERICAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY S.A. where he was dealing with life insurance products, underwriting, claims administration, litigation, insurance policies and all kinds of commercial issues. Until 2002 he was the Legal Counsel a) of the listed company in the Athens Stock Exchange, INTERTECH INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES S.A., which is the official Distributor in Greece of the PANASONIC products (office automation, telecoms), b) of the company MOBITEL ELECTRONICS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS COMMERCIAL S.A. which was service provider of VODAFONE-PANAFON HELLAS, c) of the company COSMOLINE TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES, which is alternative telecommunications operator in Greece, d) of the company NETFON HELLAS which was service provider of COSMOLINE and of  its subsidiary NETFON DOO (established in FYROM).

Since 2004 he became the Senior Legal Counsel of Interamerican Group of Companies, and since 2005 he is the Company Secretary of the Group. He also became member of many of the Group’s BoD including Athinaiki Clinic.
